My designs developed with the aim of creating forms that could be sculptural and functional.  The architectural-style structures are inspired by organic forms and a desire for symmetry/repetition.  By combining components new shapes are fashioned, creating a jigsaw of geometric shapes and lines.

The interesting silhouettes created when each piece interacts with light represent an important element and add to my overall design.  The texture of brushed steel contrasts with the smooth powder coating, creating a tactile piece that reflects the interaction between light and shadows.  A simple palette complements the busy design.
